Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it in addition. Annie is the only woman who has ever won the CrossFit Games two times. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In 2013 and 2017, she won her first Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised by her parents in Reykjavik Iceland. As a exercising enthusiast since a young age she participated in numerous school competitions and was awarded numerous medals. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir participated in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir's average age is 31 years (as of 2021). She stands at 5'7" and she weighs around the 67-kg mark. Annie started CrossFit back in California. She was successful in her initial competitions, placing in the top 10. She was not able to claim any titles but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished 2nd at the CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. Following a long period of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment earned her the title. Annie was a winner, having an outstanding performance in 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first female to have won the two CrossFit Games. Also, she received a trophy that was silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie coaches and train in Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is a rising athlete who has appeared as the spokesperson for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel called "Annie" and has more than 1000 subscribers. The channel is the channel where she posts videos on training diet, family life and traveling.
